岗位职责:
1、岗位主要做求职者岗位的岗前咨询,信息收集,岗位的安排
2、选择并维护招聘渠道,并拓展新的招聘渠道,发布招聘广告、参加各种招聘会
3.组织、安排面试
4.进行薪资谈判,安排候选人入职
5.候选人进入公司后,对试用期员工进行试用期沟通
6.领导交办的其他事情
Screens and distributes incoming mail;过滤、分发信件;
- Answering the telephone and directing incoming calls; relaying messages;

- Maintaining and updating employee electronic and hardcopy records and information;
维护、更新员工电子版/纸质版记录和信息;
- Prepare, process and review a variety of documents such as applications, employee files, payroll records, for completeness, accuracy and submission standards;
准备,处理和审查各种文件的完整性、准确性和标准性,如员工申请、员工信息、工资记录;
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential;
对员工信息保密;
- Perform accounting tasks and review benefits;
审查员工福利;
- Manage the recruitment process: manage job descriptions; screen applications; logs receipts, ensures completion, determines basic qualifications, initiates letters to applicants regarding receipt and status of employment, and sends offer letters to prospective employees; manage employment contracts;
管理招聘流程:职位描述;浏览简历;评估候选人情况;邀约面试;发录用通知书;准备劳动合同;
- Establishes basic legal and medical records for current staff and prospective candidates for employments;
建立在职员工和潜在候选人基本的法律、医疗记录;
- Interview new employees also providing policy training to new onboard, checking references and organizing background, presenting benefits packages and completes licensure and registry checks for new on-board;
入职面谈:介绍公司政策、薪酬福利,查阅相关背景和其他入职信息;
- Tracks performance appraisals and provides reminders to supervisory staff;
跟踪表现评估,提醒相关上级人员;
- Interviewing employee that resigned providing standard exit interview document;
离职面谈、记录;
- Support, also through the coordination of IT consultant the activities related to general services and ICT services;
支持、协调IT顾问相关ICT服务;
- Support the activity of internal communication of the Company;
支持公司员工内部沟通;
- Support the HR Unit also on HSE and general compliance matters if required;
如需要,支持人力资源部门及其相关的环境、安全、健康、合规事宜;
- Other duties as assigned which are reasonably within the scope of duties of the Human Resources Unit of the Company.
岗位职责:
1、负责公司部门员工的招聘、培训、入离职等工作。
2、负责全体员工的人事档案管理工作。
3、负责新进员工试用期的跟踪考核,晋升提薪及转正合同的签订并形成相应档案资料。
4、负责统计汇总,上报员工考勤月报表,处理考勤异常情况。
5、负责员工薪酬、福利、五险一金的工作。
6、负责完成公司其他人事工作任务,并提出改进意见。
7、负责公司人事文件的呈转及发放。
8、协助人事部长处理人事方面的其他工作。
任职要求:
1、大专以上学历,人力资源管理、行政管理、中文、文秘及相关专业大专以上学历;
2、从事人力资源工作1年以上,具备hr专业知识;
3、具有良好的书面、口头表达能力,具有亲和力和服务意识,沟通领悟能力强;
4、熟练使用常用办公软件及相关人事管理软件;
5、了解国家各项劳动人事法规政策;
6、吃苦耐劳,工作细致认真,原则性强,有良好的执行力及职业素养;
7、有强烈的责任感和敬业精神,公平公正、做事严谨。
1、执行并完善公司的人事制度与招聘计划,培训与发展,绩效评估,员工社会保障福利等方面的管理工作;
2、组织并协助各部门进行招聘、培训和绩效考核等工作;
3、执行并完善员工入职、转正、异动、离职等相关政策及流程;
4、员工人事信息管理与员工档案的维护,核算员工的薪酬福利等事宜;
5、其他人事日常工作;
